Do you take insurance?
No, I am an out of network provider for insurance companies. If your insurance does cover out-of-network providers, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You can find out from your insurance about coverage regarding out-of-network providers by calling the phone number listed on back on your insurance ID card. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation must be 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible to pay the full cost of the session. This policy applies to all clients including reduced fee clients.
*During this pandemic, fee will be waived for cancellations due to illness.
What can i expect during first session?
The first session usually entails going over intake forms, discussing your therapy needs and goals, and some follow up questions on my part in response to your needs, goals, and questions. It tends to be a little more structured than future sessions. Research shows that it can take up to three sessions before you feel more comfortable with a therapist.
